Dark golden colouered. Dry with with some fruitiness. Not one of the more complex Unibroues, but that still doesn’t mean that this is not a very good beer.

(3 years old) Golden color, small head. Apple, yeast and rasberries aroma. A lot (if not too much) of carbonation. A nice mix of sweetness and acidity.

Milky yeast under grapefruit and oranges…Very good malt also…But gets lost amongst so many great Unibroue blondes…

Unusual aroma that I cant quite place... Very clear, especially compared to their other beers.. Interesting aftertaste... A little tart? Kind of understated... Nice though, could see this being a nice summer patio beer.

A with almost all unibroue beers, this is quality, but not as good as the others. Short on the palate compared with Unibroue’s other offerings.

1999 bottle, shared with CapFlu, tiggmtl, Rastacouere, Beerhugger, Radiomgb, and DumDum in Ottawa. Hazy honey-dry apple cider color...bit cidery, and sour on the nose, lightly malty and yeasty flavor, with honey and a bit of pear, quite sweet. Full, slightly liquorish/oily mouthfeel. Amazingly good for its age...thanks again Todd!

Wow. This was one beer that I have been wanting to try for quite sometime. Huge thanks to Todd for opening this one at Celebration November 2004. Light gold in colour. Aroma of cider, slightly sour, some light malt and some yeast. Flavour was pretty light with some cider vinegar, slightly sweet malt (cookie dough), still some citrus hops (lemon, orange). Still had medium carbonation after all these years, full mouthfeel. Finishes quick. Quit nice still, thanks again Todd.
