Kept in a cool closet for just over a year. Probably should’ve bought a fresh one to compare. Either way great beer.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750mL bottle (w/ cork). The first pouring yielded little head, but the smell which hit me almost immediately as I started pouring was a beautiful citrus and peach smell. The colour was a beautiful cloudy pale gold. The taste is magnificent, completely disguising the high alcohol content. The second pouring gave about 1 inch of head, and tasted just as good as the first. An extremely good and drinkable beer!!

I loved this beer! Great taste if you like Belgium strong ales! Very drinkable! It was a little cloudy. It finished pretty dry. I think is one of the best from unibro!

Nice Brew!!! As described by most raters, yes its cloudy gold in color nice aromas of yeast" kind of bready ". I do not know why but I always seem to get a waxy smell and flavor from this style beer , what I mean by waxy is you know that wax candy they sell right about Halloween the vampire teeth and big lips or the small coke candies in wax , not the flavor of the candy but the actual wax. Anyway that’s my opinion and its a free country. Enjoy !!!

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy golden color with medium creamy white head, average sparkling appearance and some yeast residue. Aroma of yeast, cheese, fruit, spices and some alcohol notes. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, follows refreshing fruity and yeasty, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, thick texture and lively natural carbonation in palate. This is the end of the world how I want it :)

Smooth and easy to drink. A higher ABV for people who are shy of hops and malt.

An AMAZING brew!! Best just below room temperature served in a brandy snifter, huge notes of banana, vanilla, toffee abound in this offering from up North. When the day’s been "one of those", I can crack one of these and all is well with the world again! Would LOVE to try straight from the tap!
