"The end of the world. The excellence of triple fermentation through a blend of special yeasts gives this malt beverage an exquisitely robust flavor of exceptional refinement."

At Milanos in a snifter. A classic triple. Pours murky golden with a small head. Wheaty sweet with a creamy mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

bottle at home from beers of the world geneva
quite orangey gold with dense off-white head collapsing to lacing. Very warming, lots of weizen like clovey esters and a touch of banana, full bodied, spritzy carbonation warming alcohol, reminds more of a weizenbock, quite sweet and fruity. V enjoyable, bit of alcohol burn - triple fermentation does not make it a tripel but certainly Belgianesque

Bttle. Opaque et blanche. Belle brume avec un léger col. Goût caramel. Note finale sucrée.

Tap at beerbistro in Toronto. Translucent murky goldenish yellow with rather nice off-white head. The nose is yeasty, wheaty-grainy, sweet, caramelly fresh. Tastes similarily, pretty sweet, caramelly and fruity. Thin crisp carbonation and medium body, somewhat dryish finish. Clean and well made but I can’t really see this as a top 50 Tripel... Then again, most of the few top 50 I’ve had I’ve rated well below their average so I guess I’m just not a big Tripel fan.

For a rather unattractive pout this is a clean tasting tripel! The pour is cloudy so I expected a muddy taste...wrong! clean and crisp! High ABV is not detectable by taste...smooth enjoyable and I will drink it again.

Gorgeous dusty gold, moderate foam. A hint of metal under a rich scent of peaches and cream, dried fruit, bread and banana. Peppery banana taste and intense juiciness. Creamy citrus notes. Utterly delicious and deceptively high in alcohol. This is my go to, amazingly affordable and a classic tripel. I love trying new ones but always come back.

A strongly hazy, light yellow, a head is big and almost white. Aroma has fruitness of lemon, some spicyness and bananas, balanced. Taste has fruitness, bananas and some lemon, low spicyness, hint of alcohol that’s not bothering. Medium bodied, strong carbonation, fresh. Balanced and tasteful Tripel.

Slightly hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma has the typical belgian yeast esters with flowers, hay, green meadow and other rustic notes. Taste starts with banana and bubblegum, also floral notes, hay and other yeast esters. Leans a bit on the sweet side but the finish is really balanced. Body is quite heavy and smooth with medium carbonation. Really classic and well made. The only downside for me is the slight alcohol presence.
