Malty, cheesy and spicy aroma. Cloudy, yellow/orange coloured with a large head. This tripel is less sweet than the 'Eau Benite' and more spicy. A bit sweet and very spicy taste quite cheesy. Very full taste. Alcohol is well masked. Smooth palate. Lovely brew.

Has a cloudy golden appearence, and has a sweet taste mainly in the front, with fruits in the middle and back of mouth. Nice.

Carbonation bubbles rise like a whirlwind from the bottom of the glass. Aroma is reminiscent of citruses and a little bit of spice, and the flavor is very complex, with some tangy and sour notes prevailing over everything. Hides the alcohol well - very good.

Fluffy head that fades to a thin layer that remains until the bottom of the glass. Aroma of buttered bread and spice. The first flavor is of sharp spiceyness or maybe it is the alcohol warming the tongue. The flavor then briefly is of sweet fruit before it fades to buttery bread. The aftertaste is a combination of all the previous flavors with a few spots on the tongue still warmed by the spice and or alcohol. Medium bodied with a slightly thin finish.

Lots of flavors, complex. It wasn't something I would have tried on my own, but it came recommended so I tried it. Glad I did.

Cloudy and blonde, looks like a wit, but with different aroma. Negligible head, but with this beer, it works. A fruity, slightly sweet taste that lingers just long enough, giving a slightly unpleasant tang at the end. This goes away after the first few sips, and the beer becomes quite citrusy and enjoyable.
