Tulip from bottle. Pours a thick orange/tan. Boozy aroma of yeasts, some tropical fruits. Boozy flavor follows the aroma, with some clingy bourbon-esque aftertaste. Sticky.

Poured a hazy gold color with a fluffy white head. Spicy, citrusy aroma Spicy grapefriut flavor with maybe the barest hint of alcohol. Very easy drinking for an ale of 9%. Excellent

750 ml bottle that somehow was available for purchase in my uber religious hometown. Nice golden pour with a huge white head and a nice big amount of lacing left behind. Fruity smell with a big flavor of bubblegum and fruit with some wheat thrown in as well. Tasty little ale, would definitely drink again. This was the beer I chose to ring in the new year with, hope the name is no indicator of what will happen in 09!

Bottle pours a slighly cloudy golden color with a thin outer ring of head along the edge of the glass and a small island of head in the middle. The aroma is yeast, wheat, spices, and some fruit. Flavor is sweet and malty at first, followed by spices, a slight bitterness, and a dry aftertaste. Lively carbonation on the tongue. The 9% is well hidden.

750 ml. bottle. Pours a deep cloudy yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. Very typical belgian aroma of yeast, some wheat, fruitiness and spices. Tastes very sweet. Apricot and pear, slight alcohol warmth, a good deal of bready malt and a hint of spices. Some hop bitterness is present. Flavor is better than the aroma suggests. Medium bodied with a frothy, carbonated mouthfeel. Lingering soapy belgian funkiness.
