An AMAZING brew!! Best just below room temperature served in a brandy snifter, huge notes of banana, vanilla, toffee abound in this offering from up North. When the day’s been "one of those", I can crack one of these and all is well with the world again! Would LOVE to try straight from the tap!

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from bottle into trappist tulip. Pours a cloudy amber. Nice white head that thins down fast but lasts till end. Lacing on glass. Med carbonation. Aroma is classic Belgian. Yeasty, floral and ripe banana. Med body, dry. Taste is malt, banana, bready, citrus (lemon). Were it is differant is the finish is not as strong in alcohol than most in this style. A little nutty with some lingering yeast. Very nice, very enjoyable.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Shared bomber; snifter. Light gold color that looks darker in some light due to its haziness. Yeasty, bready, some tartness, peach; nice balance, everything goes together nicely.

The only beer I save so I don’t overdrink it, because if I could I would drink this every day. A perfect blend makes for a near-perfect beer.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
From a bottle. A very bubblegum and banana aroma with hints of acidic star fruit and hay. Appearance is hazy gold with thick white head and beautiful lace. Taste is sweet bubblegum and banana with mild acidic apple and pineapple balanced with some slighty bitter hay. Palate is very nice, fizzy, mouth filling, not syrupy; just a little too thin to be a 5. Overall, a great beer.

From bottle. Clear gold. Bubbly, almost cider like mouthfeel. Big head turns to lingering thin foam. Nose of bubblegum, Belgian yeast, metal. Tastes of light Belgian yeast, light metal, banana, clove. Borderline Farmhouse funk. Solid as hell.
