Oct 27, 2008 This certainly reminds me of high-grade Belgian brews. Has a wonderful rose and peach scent and has a strong citrus/peach taste. Quite good.

Oct 26, 2008 [Bottle] Pours a cloudy light gold with lots of floaties and a large off white head. Aroma is yeast, candi sugar, coriander, and leafy noble hops. Flavor is quite sweet, well carbonated, yeasty and lemony with some banana. Light mouthfeel but rich flavors.

Oct 24, 2008 Pours a medium bright gold with light honey colors, has a large creamy white head, lots of effervescence and leaves nice fine bubbled lacing on the glass, aromas of oranges, orange skin, peaches, lemons and yeast, light bread fragrances, has a pronounced dry citrus sweetness, some floral fragrances that remind me of Clover Honey, no alcohol on the nose, big flavor of light fruit of oranges, lemons and faint banana, has some pepper bitterness at the finish, lightly sweet, has light bread and malt flavors, no alcohol flavor, the alcohol is hidden well, not much alcohol warmth felt at all, mouth feel is a bit less then medium, feels light and creamy on the tongue, nice carbonation, a very nice tripel.

Oct 24, 2008 Soft aroma, yeasty, pears, banana. Small bubbled, but thick white head, nice retention, nice lacing. Hazy and pale appearance. Bubbly, small bubble feel in the mouth. I agree with the rater that said bubble gum taste in the palate. I liked it.

Oct 23, 2008 Wow. A very light color. Ok to me this screams heffeweizen yeast. Oh its too tasty! I could drink this beer every day! It is gonna place in my top five favorites for sure.

Oct 22, 2008 Pours a cloudy lemony yellow, with a small white head made up of tons of tiny bubbles. On the nose there are citrus notes and a lot of yeast. Great mouth feel, it feels like chapagne. Citrus notes, yeast, a bubble gum taste in the beginning of the finish, subtle hints of ginger. Really good beer!

Oct 17, 2008 Another great beer from Unibroue. Fruity with 9% alcohol and smooth as heck. These guys seem to have this style of beer down. I’m going to have to try a couple more from this brewery. So far they’re a big 2 for 2! Can’t wait to try another brew!
