It could be that it is not what I was expecting, but despite the beautiful head, appealing aroma and a juice like appearance the spice was overwhelming and didn't seem to mesh with the underlying fruitiness. It's akin to blindly choosing ingredients from the cupboard; despite the quality of individual ingredients, it just calls that it could have been more.

Hazy greyish golden, light white head, creamy and frothy crust. Nose is thankful crisp lemon and brassy yeast. Creamy tangy initial swing, soft fudgey sweetness and a brusque carbonation. Finishes lean blueberry and linger of fresh peeled tangerine before shoved into an undercooked Victoria sponge.

Bottle, 10pm Curfew Tasting

Golden colour, aroma typical of a triple. Nice palate and clean finish. I would enjoy this one again.

Nice sweet aroma. Really classic Belgian Triple. Lots of fruit in the aroma. Big banana, slight citrus, pear and green grape aroma. Taste is very sweet with big sweetness from the yeast and a very nice classic Belgian taste. This beer is just really solid and nails the style. So much flavor packed into the bottle. Highly recommend.

10 month old bottle. Pours hazy yellow with lots of head. Nose in Belgian funk, banana, bubblegum. Lively carbonation with a somehow soft, frothy mouthfeel. Taste is fruity, funky, spicy, light fruit esters, banana, clove. Booze well hidden. Sweet and slightly sour with a mild bitterness on the finish.
