bottle poured into a tulip has a lightly hazed orange copper color and a thick white two finger head that dissipated quickly. aroma has spices, strong floral yeast, dark fruited malt, banana, and light licorice. mouth feel is medium light with heavy carbonation. flavor is a bit lighter than the nose led on but with plenty of yeast, spice, grass, wheat, and dark fruited malt. high abv. is totally concealed in the flavor and it finishes with tingling carbonation and yeast. very enjoyable.

12 oz. bottle - Poured a beautiful golden color with large foaming head with great carbonation. Aroma is mild, fruity and also alcohol. Flavor is smooth, well balanced and High ABV. is not evident. I liked the brew but not my favorite style.

Very light colored with a thin head. Very aromatic with flower and spice throughout. Easy to drink, definite fruity sweetness to it, maybe banana. Overall great beer but there are better from Unibroue.

I had this in Lausanne, and I was not impressed. The alcoholic content is evident and the citric taste is not sufficient to cover it up.

Not my favorite but this is highly distinctive. Yeasty like a belgian style beer with a hint of floral yumminess. I liked this one. Watch out one is a doozy. I was plowed after one 750ml bottle.

12oz bottle at Annie Bailey’s Irish Pub, Lancaster, PA...pours cloudy amber-yellow, white head...aroma of spice, citrus-banana fruit, yeast...flavor offered much of the same, had a chewyness to it...I’m still not sold on this style, I’ll take the 9% though. ;-)
