I can think of a million better ways to "end the world", than with a headache. Completely out of there league interpretation of a triple! Not even worth the price of admittence. topher40409 (36), gainesville, Florida, USA

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jun 18, 2008 12oz bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa, FL). Pours a honey yellow with a white, one-finger head that dissipates quickly but still laces the glass as the beer recedes. Aroma is grass, straw, and citrus with hints of complex spice. Flavor is slightly sweet with a slight spiciness as well. Notes of citrus (mainly orange) and clove as present as well. Somewhat lingering enjoyable finish. One of our favorite tripels and a perennial drinker. . . . 12many (231), Ohio, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 15, 2008 This beer reminded me of a saison or a farm house ale. Hazy golden orange pour with a moderate head. Wild sweet yeast flavor. Good beer but almost deserves a different classification. Changed (164), Ithaca, New York, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Updated: Sep 26, 200812 oz bottle. pours golden orange. nice head, high carbonation. fruity with citrus flavors. really didn’t like the metallic taste of this one. perhaps I got a bad bottle, but this beer was poor at best.
re-rate: 12 oz bottle. still pours golden orange. same carbonation and head. Lots of citrus/fruit flavors, quite yeasty. Again, not my favorite beer, but it left a better impression on me than before-- though only slightly. Miksu (2220), Jyväskylä, Finland
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 15, 2008 0.33 l bottle. Hazy golden color with thick creamy head, very fizzy. Tart, fruity, peppery and clovey aroma with notes of vanilla. Sweetish initially followed by tart and dry finish. Very tart, fruity and spicy flavor with orange, pineapple, clove, pepper and warming alcohol. Very high carbonation. The carbonation is too much for me but still this is an excellent tripel! | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Bottle: This was the first Belgian Style Ale I had ever tried, and I remember it blew me away. I have since revisited this wonderful brew. It pours a hazy golden with a fruity aroma. The flavor is also fruity with some citrus. A complexity of flavors. It is heavily carbonated. ysusi (10), Mexico, Mexico
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 14, 2008 Bottle into a pint glass. It pours a magnificent foamy head. Very nice aromas, very fruity, almost like a sweet white wine. Very pale, golden color. Some caramel, citrics and yeasty (no dark malts to cover it). Very nicely balanced. Good palate. Clean finish. Great!
