May 17, 2008 750 ML corked bottle. Pours a dark hazy straw color. Sweet and sticky beer. Tastes like cake. Very bubbly. Light bitterness on the finish. Good but not great.

May 16, 2008 Updated: Jun 19, 200812 oz. bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with a large head. Aromas of sweet apple and a bit of alcohol. Flavors are tart and sweet apple and citrus, spice, and a lingering touch of hops. A bit of alcohol in the finish. Carbonation is a bit too high, but it’s a decent beer.

May 16, 2008 12 oz into pint glass. Hazy dirty brown pour with fizzy white head and lots of fine carbonation. Gentle aromas of orange, malts, some hops, and apricot. Strange citrus flavor, not too flavorful in my opinion; but it is a refreshing beer for spring/summer that is dangerously drinkable. Fizzy and soft on the palate; medium bodied, almost champagne-like.

May 15, 2008 Beautiful tripel: opaque golden-orange with another cloud-like fluffy white head. Dusty scents of citrus, pepper, yeast, and alcohol. Taste is a little sweeter (and perhaps one-sided) with dominance from citrus and slight yeast and alcohol. Pretty dry. A good beer but not my favorite tripel.

May 12, 2008 This one was a little to sweet for my taste. Has a nice orangish color/white head. It has a bready/fruity/spicy flavor and is very sweet. This is a desert beer.

May 11, 2008 Pours a golden orange with a thick white head that leaves some nice lacing. Aroma of peaches and citrus, with some yeast and spiciness as well. Flavor is similar and sweet. Nice alcohol bite. Very nice.

May 9, 2008 Bouteille de 341 ml. La bière se présente avec une robe dorée légèrement voilée et une mousse imposante au départ mais qui par la suite laisse place à une fine couverture. Au nez on découvre des arômes de coriandre, d’agrumes, d’alcool, de levure, de banane, de mangue, de pêche et de poire. En bouche la bière a un corps moyen et nous dévoiles des saveurs fruitées, d’agrumes, d’alcool, de levure et de sucre. La finale est fruitée avec une touche poivrée.

May 8, 2008 a very nice and very drinkable tripel. Alcohol content well hidden. for me seems to have some similarity in flavour to a hoegaaden forbidden fruit? either way is a very nice triple, not the best I’ve had but far from the worst. Very nice
