3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I had this at the Great Arizona Beer Festival in Phoenix. I had this right after Blanche de Chambly and this is much better. Nice and smooth.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a cloudy gold, with a nice white head. Aroma of sweetness with a powdery yeast and a light phenolic clove note. The taste is a bit peppery with a warming alcohol right behind it. Malty with some sweetness, fruity flavors. Some bitterness with a slightly dry finish. Smooth, drinkable, with some creaminess. All in all, a good tripel. Thumbs up.

Haze straw color. Thick off white head. Yeast orange lemon aroma. Classic triple taste with a nice sharp brightness. One of the world’s best for sure

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: this beer pours with a very large beige to cream colored head that takes a while to pour down, the beer is a slightly darker than average gold color, almost copper, pretty clear with nice bubbles coming up, head settles into a thick density
Aroma: yeast, lemon, bread,
Taste: bread, slight lemon, banana, slightest bit of warmth from the alcohol on the finish
Palate: heavy mouthfeel, soft carbonation, minimal banana aftertaste
Overall: a pretty impressive beer, has a very nice appearance and hides the abv pretty well, could be a little more unique, has some hefeweizen qualities to it

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured a nice moderate size head, very bubbly. Gives way to a very hazy darker yellow/orangey look. Aroma is quite strong, of yeast and about the same as flavour. Citrus flavours are quite abundant, hoppy, wheaty. A tingly aftertaste, a little tangy also. A great starting off point, but not a constant one-after-the-other kinda beer (9%!) Great stuff though!

Spices show through in scent not much of a looker, very smooth for abv hidden well by fruity yeast like flavor along with a few spices, carbonated to perfection

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Authentic, legit tripel, but it’s got way way too heavy of a "Unibroue yeast" character to rise to absolute greatness.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Pasquier. Aroma: orange zest, lemon, Belgian yeast, spices. App: hazy pale with medium white head. Taste and palate: full body, high carbonation, light acidity and warm finish. Overall: not sure why I stopped drinking this beer for a while because it is good and so well done. Great job Unibroue for being so constant.
