3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
341ml bottle. Clear, very light yellow with foamy white head that fades fast. Strong yeast aroma - flowers, peach, lemon. Highly carbonated and very light -- maybe too light, like Sprite. Refreshing, but thin and low on substance. This is once again available "in limited quantity" as part of a Unibroue 12-pack with Blanche de Chambly, Blonde de Chambly and La Fin du Monde.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours an ugly pale yellow that I found doesn’t do justice to this beer. Full in the mouth, fruity and refreshing. Finishes clean.

Hazy dark gold with a frothy head. Flower, banana, peppery aroma. Banana, yeast, spice and citrus. Very fizzy, but nicely done. This is a pretty awesome summertime beer.

Bottle. I guess it is back. Traditional Ale? Cloudy dark yellow. Half inch head. Yeasty thick aroma with hints of banana and fruit esters. Mor pineapple yeast and soft banana in the flavour. Refreshing with a cut of citrus across the palate.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
341 ml bottle. Pours a yellowish, foggy white with a thick, resilient white head. Smells somewhat spicy. Taste is characteristic of belgian ales, with yeast, sweetbread and sweet cereals dominating. Slight bit of acidity in the finish. Mouthfeel is velvety and very soft. Excellent summer ale.

12 onz from the new mix pack. Drank in ddc Tulip. A: citrusy, wheat, apple and pear with the spicy signature of unibroue’s yeast. App: hazy pale with lasting white head superb lacing. T/p: body is medium with lightly acidic finish. Aggressive carbonation. O: pretty good. Nothing extreme nice and refreshing l like the mouthfeel and aroma. Hope it will remain on the market.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
341 ml bottle from a mix 12 pack purchased at IGA (Boisbriand, Quebec) on June 1st, 2012. Blonde pale misty, little head. Aroma typical Unibroue yeast, hints of pale malt. Yeasty dry, slightly mineral, slightly spicy, lemon aftertaste. It’s been 12 years that this beer has been brewed and I do not know, but it makes me think too much of Blonde de Chambly!

Bottle 341ml. (This is unretired)
Pours hazy withish blond, with white head: some lacing. Aroma is of citrus, fruits, (coriander?), yeast. Taste is of citrus, malt, spices, yeast. Weird outhfeel. Dryer than what one could expect. Interesting beer, with Unibroue’s signature.
