Excellent aroma and body. Very smooth almost a velvety complexion to this fine brew-ha-ha. Underated. This is an excellent beer and well worth drinking by the six-pack, I would recommend it to all of my friends without reservation. A delicious sort of sweet finish to it makes it a tasty treat.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Has a very yeasty aroma to it, which is typical of the style. Cloudy, murky, look about it, with a medium sized head. A little sweetness to the flavor. Not as good as Trois Pistoles, but still nice.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours out to a cloudy, amber in the glass. Aroma is that of bread, yeast and light fruit. Taste is slightly spicy, yet with a subtle sweetness. The swallow finishes with a spicy tang. Nice alcohol warming effect. Got better as it warmed up.

Nice hop/malt balance witha sweetness like all the sugars were not fermented. Great head and retention, with creamy look and feel about it, almost like it was whipped. Good dense body. One of Canada"s finest.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pleasant, spicy aroma. Pours a lovely light copper brown. Head is thick, bubbly, and long lasting. Highly carbonated. Watch for sediment at the bottom. Starts spicy, palate is complex and satisfying. Stronger and more complete finish than La Fin du Monde. If you like Belgian-style ales this should be on your must-have list.

This was the first one of their products I saw, and their best. Yeasty lightly spiced nose.Sweet foretaste with nutmeg and a touch of honey, and a medium alcohol heat.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice head but a strange colour. Buttery and yeasty aroma. The flavour is spicy and well-balanced. The finish is long and spicy.
