Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a very hazy yellow-golden color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma was tart, yeasty, bready, musty and spicy with sweet fruits - pear and pineapple. The flavor was yeasty, chewy and tat with ripe fruits, bubblegum, clove and a wheaty undertone. A touch must underneath. The finish was long, yeasty bubblegum, clove and anise. Thick and chewy. Very nice.

Bottle. Poured a ruddy gold with a full white head. Aroma was yeast, fruit, spice, sugar and some faint citrus tones. There are some brewers where the nose is just so identifiable. Without a doubt Unibroue or Unibrow as Jon would say, is one of them. The aroma takes me back to Lexington and my early days of rating with the aforesaid golubj. Flavor is just solid, nothing fancy or intriguing about it, but it is just very pleasant. Palate was getting close to too carbonated. Yeast, candi sugar, and a sweet malty presence predominate. Some spicing and fruity elements. Need to get to Quebec and some point. Good stuff.

Typical wheaty witbier aroma, with deeply sweet brown sugar/molasses touch. Flavors of coriander, grapefruit, caramel, cherries. A nice brew, but not deserving of the fancy bottle.

Bottle from New Beer. Pours a hazy orange with 2 finger white head. Fruity citrus pear, spices, sweet sticky with malt, bubble gum banana flavors. cotton candy sweet with very little hops or etoh. Nice prickly spice essentially 1 sided sweetness with caramel and fruit. I got tired of the sweetness on my last glass.

(750ml bottle) Small off-white head atop cloudy lemon-yellow body. Aroma is medium sweet, house yeast, candi sugar, orange, some straw, light cardamom. Taste is medium sweet, Belgian yeast, candi sugar, orange. Medium body, moderate effervescence. Fits right in with the other Unibroues -- the only surprise is that the corporate overlords let the quality keep on coming.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with large off-white head that lasted through the first third of the glass and left a few spots of foam. Pleasant aroma of Belgian yeast, candi sugar, and oranges. The flavor is Belgian yeast, candi sugar, oranges and coriander. The mouthfeel is a bit odd, as this beer is a bit overcarbonated but also just a bit cloying at the same time. Not a bad beer, but not something I’d search out again.

Lightly hazed golden color liquid with a tall tight bubbled off-white head. Looks of tiny bubbles flowing through the liquid. Sweet, syrupy scents. Hints of corn syrup, grain, pale raw malt, and dried flowers. Light soft feel. Flavors a bit more favorable than the scents. Light pale malts in the front along with some orange blossom honey which carries into the middle. Some sweet herbal and floral hops also join in the middle. Some higher alcohols are detected in the finish and into the linger. Mild anise and allspice drift about. I notice some grainy elements in the linger as well. A bit disjointed, but still pleasant enough.

Lightly hazy orange/gold with a tall soft white head. Citrus and dried pineapple in the nose. Fruity flavor of dried pineapple, coriander. Dry finish, lively carbonated palate. Tropical fruit esters.
