Bomber. Shared with potbeercollege. poured a copper, reddish sugardaddy, apple cider color. aroma: big aroma of twizzlers, apple cider, and spices. taste: little cinamon, apple citrus flavor, no bitterness at all from the hops, little sweetart tasting at the finish. great brew
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 kepano (245) - Los Angeles, California, USA - APR 13, 2007
Hazy, but bright orange in color, a soft mattress of yellowish foam sits densely above. Papaya, mango and banana form an exotic cocktail on the nose, while subtle notes of nutmeg allspice and cardamom provide great balance and complexity. The smooth orange aroma evokes those popsicles with a creamy center, adding to the honey sweetness. The quiet notes that compose the flavor are well balanced, allowing the soft carbonation to froth pleasantly on the tongue. Buttered toast, orange peel, mango and white chocolate are blended with creamy spices, represented primarily by nutmeg. The sweet buttered toast and honey aftertaste is very relaxing and refreshing. Seigneuriale is an excellent beer that suffers from its somewhat understated flavors, but in the proper context I could see its refreshing palate to be very enjoyable.

Not much in the nose. Pours a nice golden amber with a little head. Taste is mostly wheat, yeast, and a bit of malt. Very much a good strong ale.
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 TampaBeer (241) - Tampa, Florida, USA - SEP 21, 2007
Impressive. A very pretty opaque tangerine color. The aroma and flavor is high quality Belgian-style ale with a lemon or citrus characteristic. Crisp tiny bubbles are intense on the palate. Obviously very well made.

Pours a dark peach color. Nice creamy white head that starts about a finger and a half and rests as a 1/4" layer with minimal lacing.
Smells of toffee malted bananas. Very sweet and malty. Slight floral notes.
Tastes of malted bananas. (Surprise!) Slight floral and citrus flavors. A touch of honey.
Feels wonderfully smooth and creamy. Lots of tiny little bubbles dancing on your tongue and gums.
Overall, nice and light. Not too rich. Very drinkable.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 sepia5 (230) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 13, 2010
Pours a caramel brown with a big white head. Nose is alcohol and yeast. Flavor is a bit bready, alcohol, and primarily a sweet caramelized sugar. I can also see the claim to a vanilla flavor in the commercial description. Definitely possesses that classic Unibroue flavor profile. Nice beer, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as some other Unibroue offerings.
3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 nickchalk (229) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 30, 2003
Cloudy orange, white small head. Aroma is a tad sweet, berries. Flavour is sweet, some wheaty floral qualities, a hint of banana; slightly sour in the finish. Watery palate, low carbonation. Good, but a little dull. Bottle.
3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Mart (211) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 14, 2007
Bouteille.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 vadie (210) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 4, 2013
La couleur du miel avec une enorme mousse blanche. L’odeur de levure et épices. Le goût est un peu sucrée avec du malt, les épices et les fruits.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 WallyWalrus (205) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 30, 2007
750ml bottle. Pours a deep, cloudy amber with a thick and full head. Aroma is yeasty with hints of sweet caramel and citrus. Taste is full-bodied with initial flavors of nuts and earth (along with a noticeable alcoholic kick) giving way to more a delicate finish. A more complex and flavorful twist on a strong ale.
