Pours a clear red brown colour, thin fizzy white cap. The aroma is slightly sweet, honey maybe, cardboard, yeast. The flavour is lightly sweet, apple, pear, and then an odd bitterness that makes me think apple peel. Meh, it’s nothing special, but it ain’t bad. Drinkable for sure.

341ml bottle. Pours a clear reddish brown with a beige head. The nose has big notes of hard water, light red fruit, light yeast, and light pomegranate. The taste is also mineral heavy with a light tartness, light notes of red fruit, bitterness, and a fruitiness, and light caramel in the finish. This is by all means not a very exciting beer, but there’s something about it I like. It’s kind of like a beer sparkling mineral water.

Dégustée et commentée en Mai 2010. Brune un peu pâle, rousse plutôt cuivrée. Mousse de persistance moyenne, effervescente. Attaque faible. Léger goût d’acier (stainless steel). Douce.

Pours amber, thin head. Aroma is malty, sugary. Taste is mediocre, not a giant fan of this type of beer. Many other Unibroue beers are way better. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPad

341ml bottle. Thin white head, clear red/orange caramel colour. Aroma is some toffee and caramel malt, faint lager yeast. Caramel and biscuit up front on the taste, finishes with whole wheat toast. Pretty average lager body. Overall, drinkable, but nothing special.

On sent l’amertume.

Bottle at Mondial. My least favorite Unibroue beer. Too sweet and effervescent.

Wow looking thru your backlogs can sure find some thing you haven’t rated ROFL

Bottle at Kulminator apporx around 2006-2007
Head: small, off white
Colour: amber
Smell: malts and a bot of honey and candy, nothing quite else ...
Taste: kinda along the line of the aroma , not unpleasant , but nothing special either ...
