bubbleflubber (636), Collinsville, Virginia, USA Mar 23, 2008 On draught at brewer. Huge Goldings nose! Hazy amber pour with lots of soapy lace. Pale malts, biscuits and flour notes grace the tongue, with a nicely clean dry-hopped finish. Cleanses the palate decently. Dry citrus notes come in at the back of the pull, still bittered. A bit reminiscent of an American take on the English ESB. BillKismet (1348), Seattle, Washington, USA Dec 28, 2007 Moderate amber-bronze color with an easy hop aroma of cascade and honey. Mild English Hop (Kent Golding) flavor with a moderate raw hop finish. Decent, English style Pale Ale, albeit one with some PNW hops.
