COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This generously hopped pale ale is a strike in your mouth! Brewed with lots of Pacific Northwest & New Zealand hops this beer is ten frames of big citrus and tropical fruit aroma and flavor. A strong malt backbone rounds it out and makes this pale ale a delight for the senses. The pins may be small but the flavor is huge! In our town, we roll Duckpin—a true Baltimore original.

Draft at the brewery - thanks to my girlfriend. Poured a golden copper color with a small white head. Aroma was malts, bready notes. Flavor was some herbal hop notes, some light floral character, malt and yeast. Kind of an earthy finish, unfortunately not as clean as I was hoping it would be. Neither of us were big fans of this one.

In a can. Very drinkable. A bit less bitter then Dales Pale Ale. Would recommend for everyday drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can, thanks to nimbleprop. Very pure golden pour with a finger of eggshell head. Bubbly and fizzy. Resin and florals make up the brunt of the nose and a light bready malt rounds it out. Tastes of dirty florals, some herbals, bready malt, and noticeable yeast. A light flaw in the finish, best described as pvc plastic. Lingering florals do a decent job of muting this, but it’s still there. Neat, clean looking can though.

hazy tangerine, puffy white head, small bubbled. Nose is bright, mango and tangerine. Very bright, no malt balance. Slight aspirin in flavor, caramel malt abundance but enough orange to balance. Sticky despite 5%.

Thin white head with fair retention and a cute, stringy lace. Hazy gold color. Light nose of citrus and some biscuit,y malts. Body is light with a good carbonation lavel, a bit clean. Dry, pale malts with a light citrusy and grassy hop profile. Dry, uneventful finish. Clean little APA, drinkable. 12oz can from statelineliquors.

Honey brown appearance, aroma typical of IPAs. Tastes like Pacific hops, very smooth.

On draft. Complex aroma - this seems to be a consistent strong point of this brewery - lemon peel, slight malt, earthiness, certainly some cannabis. Flavors fit the same bill. Quite refreshing, given the hop-forward flavor. I may be overrating this because it’s local and cool, but whatever. Distinctive, well-brewed beer that the community should be proud to represent.
