3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy very light colour, frothy head. Lots of lacto on the nose, just a clean kettle sour on this one. Salty sour character, some peachy fruit notes. Nice rounded mf, finishes with a good sweet, salty, tart balance that is not easy to achieve. Good gose.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a 12 oz can dated 3/22/2016.
Aroma is nice with a light acidity and citrus note. Some medium light wheat and grain notes. Moderate to moderately strong coriander notes.
Pours a hazy, very pale, yellow straw color with a medium small, thick white head that shows decent retention as it slowly recedes. Faint lacing and no legs.
Flavor has a light sweetness with a moderate acidity. Acidity isnít sharp at all though and adds a decent lemon, citrus note. Moderate coriander, though slightly less than in the aroma. A touch of some floral esters. Medium light salt notes.
Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, an alright gose but not the best. I think the carbonation is a bit low and they used too much coriander, especially in the aroma. Salt level is fine though.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can with many thanks to chemist Pete!!! Pour is an odd and hazy light straw color with a decent head and strange aromas of funky barn with a touch of ocean. Flavor is even stranger... the first sip I get is of salt... lots and lots of salt... not sure whether this is something that is generally suspended in the foam (which is mostly what I got) or whether I grew accustomed to it as things moved forward, but I thought "Ugh, bilge water!" (Or something...) Second (and subsequent) sip(s) were largely sour-dominated with a hint of salt that was lovely. This is the oddest and most interesting beer I have had in a good long while. Many thanks, Pedro!!!

Small, white head thats gone in a flash! Hazy, pale gold color. Fruity, citrus and salty nose. Light bodied with slim carbonation, unfortunately, decent puckering factor, nicely salty mouthfeel. Nice, crisp lemony salty flavors, faint malts. Bone dry, puckering finish.Can/draft from statelineliquors.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
can pour left a slightly hazy medium yellow color with a fairly substantial creamy white head that fades to the back..nose has got the gose nailed with salt, tartness, coriander, salinity..mouthfeel is much the same with a solid intial hit of the interplay of the salt, bit of biting lemonhead tartness that is in good balance with a nice sour lingering finish the remains on the palate..a tad bit saltier than other goses I have tried, but overall a very tasty, lighter beer that I will surely pick up more of this summer..worth seeking out

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: slightly hazed light yellow, short fizzy white head quickly fading, no lacing. Aroma: very bright aroma of lemons, green apple, light yeast, a bit of hay, and some cracker. Taste: extremely tart/sour up front, with lots of lacto, good lemon zest, green apple skins, a bit of honey, then a wave of sea salt with an undertone of coriander and yeast. Finish: rush of saliva from the back of my jaws sweeps some of the tart sourness away, leaving warm saltwater, coriander, and just a bit of crackery sweetness. Notes: Wow, what a nice gose. Palate was bright and lively. Probably the most up-front sour gose Iíve had, it was bracingly tart and dry. Can from Ye Old Spirit Shop in Frederick, Maryland.
