COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with floor malted English Marris Otter and a hefty charge of rye malts, this beer brings a spicy malt presence to the scene. But its the hops that are the stars of this hep ale. We hopped Rye Baby with copious amounts of Chinook and Simcoe hops and then dryhopped it with a blend of the two to give it an amazing hop character that will make you the baddest delinquent in Baltimore! We think Rye Baby is a delicious beer that you’ll be burning inside to drink, and if that’s a crime we’ll stand convicted!

Tap at SoBo. Pours mostly clear dark amber with creamy off-white head. Aroma is rye, cereal malts, light caramel, grassy and floral hops, and light pear. Flavor is dry malt base with grassy hops, hint of pine, ultimately having the rye dry everything out just leaving behind some light bitterness. Medium body and carbonation.

Gonna take Aarons lead on this one. Foxy Red i assume. Nice little tight tan head with fair retention and lacing. Clear, red/amber colored brew. Nice lil piney hop nose with some caramel malt backin it up. Body is medium with good carbonation and light resin notes. Little chewy. Decent, hoppy flavors of pine and citrus, little leafy and grainy with a fairly dry caramel maltiness. An almost dry finish with a healthy bite. Not bad really! Draft/growlered from statelineliquors.
