courtesy of Toni Flükiger - clear golden colour with a chaotic and elusive foam made of big bubbles; discrete aroma of dust and plastic; thin-bodied, sweet and watery; short aftertaste of shy hops - very weak

500 ml can. From Slovenia (H). I liked this lager. More malty and hoppy aroma and flavour than average pale lager. Aroma is quite weak though. Enjoyable and highly drinkable brew. When in Slovenia this would be my choice.

Golden colour with minimal head. Aroma of pale malt and some bitterness in the hops. An OK beer but lacking the crisp, clean finish of a true lager.

12 oz. bottle in trade from RCL- thanks! Served in shaker- poured transparent yellow with golden tint, medium carbonation, no signs of a head whatsoever. Very weak aroma of dust, corn, and wheat. Hits the mouth with a thin body, malt is noticeable and even pleasant, some hard water in the middle, finish has the typical dusty hop taste.

330ml can bought at a supermarket called Tommy in Dubrovnik. Clear, late straw coloured body under a fragile, white head. Light aroma of pale malt. Sweet corn mixed with herbal hops, but most of all rather anonymous in taste. Lively carbonated and dull (27.08.2008).

Medium offwhite head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Rubbery grainy aroma with sugary notes. Dry-sweet sugary mealy grainy taste. Harsh dusty mouthfeel, which I did not like. Dry grassy aftertaste with papery notes. Not a good beer. (0.33l can from Knut Albert, labelled Union Svetlo Pivo.)

Can from Slovenia. Malty, quite sweet lager. Pale, average carbonation. Some dusty hoppiness in the finish, but the almost saccarine swetness wins by a thread. Nice, if not outstanding.

Tinned. Biscuity, buttery fizz and faint grassy hops on nose. Slick, slightly rubbery and gnawing with pencilly conifer again. Biscuity pale malts and popcorn. Still tastes pretty sweet after an 11hr drive to Dubrovnik and back. Teaspoon of vomit? It’s all about the popcorn really. Licked envelope and cardboard. Very disappointing after the Temno, but happily forcing it down.

A very nice light golden pils with great clarity and a fizzy white head. Very crisp and refreshing the whole way though with spicy hops and a long dry finish.that is my beer, drinking every day
