3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Call me bad names. Don’t respect me as a rater. Delete my rating as "illegitimate". I don’t care. What I would say is that, even though I was surprised to learn that Ratebeer accepts Radlers--whereas, maybe 7 to 10 years ago there was much criticism of them as not worthy of rating--and even though this still isn’t really beer, it is incredibly more-ish. I loved this one. I wasn’t quite so taken with the grapefruit one, but from the color of the pour, to the aroma (fresh fruit), to the incredibly easy to drink flavor and body...like fruit punch on a hot day...this was really tasty. No, it’s not good by beer geek standards. But by hedonism standards, I’ll guzzle this and it’s 2.5% abv any day. Can bought in Skopje, Macedonia.

Can shared at Bruce’s in London - massive thanks to Paul. Pours hazy grapefruit pink with a frothy, pinkish head. Nose of watermelon candies, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor, lovely orange, melon, slight lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, fairly clean, nice sugary fruit notes, melon, citrus. Great radler.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Refreshing fruit-flavored carbonated beer. It has saturated red-magenta hazy body color with nice white foam ring forming around the glass, very interesting appearance. Quite sweet and artificial in flavor. High in carbonation. Aroma is red orange / grapefruit. Lightly sour, not bitter but most of all sweet. Smell is very like fruit parfume. Carbonated artificially fruity, quickly diminishing sticky, aftertaste. Easy to drink, one of the better radlers. Hard to rate it as a beer but rather as a carbonated soft drink.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of ogivlado. Pours a cloudy opaque pale orange with a small white head. Very sweet orange aroma. Thin body, no real traces of beer but loads of sweet orange. Slightly tart tangerine. Absolutely no bitterness. A soda pop - but not a bad one. 140712

Can. Honestly I don’t know why, but this is actually quite tasty, even if that taste is not only really sweet but also comes across rather artificial. I was reminded of mango Fanta and marshmellows.
