Another of my finds from Kyushu. I picked up this 720 Ml bottle especially for my girlfriend who has taken a liking to Nigori sake!
Very white and milky looking with very fine particles. A mildly sweet grainy scent, like a breakfast cereal with alcohol. Has a creamy slightly thick texture. Similar to a White Russian sans coffee flavors. The alcohol is quite evident but that seems to enhance rather than detract from this tasty Nigori.
