Jul 22, 2006 Hazy orange-yellow beer; quite huge and very fine snowwhite head. Banana ester, slight acidic, very wheaty nose. A bit salty as well, as oyster shells. Very mild-sweet taste, wheat is nearly inconspicious, but cloves finally appear. Banana very obvious as flavour as well. A bit fizzy. Light to medium body. In the aftertaste, I get sweet malt, peanuts-like. Not really interesting Weizen - but very rare, thanks to Der Doppelbock.
