Caramel nose, like a grilled meat or a BBQ’ed item - my supplier Sebastian -derDoppelbock- says roasted onions. Breadcrust as well. Sweet-caramelly taste, not very distinctive. Still bread-notes, but much less than in the nose. Too sweet and buttery, really. Light body, but a grist-like slickness. OK Dunkel, but not enough character. Then again, just try to find this without Sebastian...
