Jul 23, 2006 Very heavily carbonated to yellow-amber head; slightly hazy pale amber beer. Good banana, cloves and wheat nose, but in a rarely attained equilibrium, ending with pineapple ester. Sweet-ish taste, with a bit of wood. Again pineapple and plywood. But for some dryness, not really bitterish. Wry, dry MF, fizzy. Disappointing taste - just this dryness and little else - seen the very inviting nose.
