UPDATED: JUN 23, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Yet another organic Swiss bier in a neat, tall swing-top bottle.
Amber coloured - no surprise considering the name - with a huge, frothy head. Very fullbodied yet extremely pleasant and easy to drink. Soft malt character with notes of caramel. Just a hint of bitterness. Reminds a bit of a Belgian "Speciale Amber". 180702

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 yngwie (10761) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 23, 2010
Bottle. It’s a hazy dark golden beer with a finger-thick, cramy off-white head. The aroma has nuts and toffee, with some dried fruits as well. There’s some wet cardboard in the flavor, but just a tad. Dried fruits, hazel nuts and hints of bitterness too. Medium body, pleasant co2 level. A drinkable beer indeed, but offers nothing extra. 100108
