bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden with a white head. Malty, slightly hoppy - nothing wrong but quite boring.

Can from the advent calendar. Pours a very clear tannish golden color with a moderate off-white head on there. Nose has a bit of corn to it with a surprising amount of fruit, almost like a peach. Taste is a bit sweet and does not come across as being all that carbonated. Almost a blend of fruit juice and beer. Interesting.

Tall can (beer advent calendar). Pours a clear gold with slight white head. Aroma of wild flowers and yeasty bread. Flavor is malty and smooth. Finish is a bit heavier than expected, but nice. Sticky texture. Overall pretty good, better than I thought!

Can one of my Advent calendar. Good yeasty musty malt aroma. Clear gold color with bubbles and thin white head. Bitter sweet flavor and light texture as nut to feel like drinking slugs. Tingle the palate crisp down the hatch. Good beer

chinchill (3779) - South Carolina, USA - NOV 17, 2015
500 ml can that is stamped on the bottom with a production date of July 2015 and a EXP(iration) date of Sept. 2016. Appearance: Slightly hazed dark amber body topped by a decent head. No major flaws but nothing distinctive or memorable. Lightly sweet up front but then mild-moderate bitterness all the way into the finish. Complex aroma and generous hop load for style. Medium body and lively, medium+ carbonation.

reebtogi (5347) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 23, 2015
500ml can pours a clear golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy with some light fruits and malts. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light bodied with decent carbonation. Overall, a typical helles lager that meets the style requirements, but is not remarkable.

(Rating #6001)
