Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig fruchtig, bananig, würzig. Geschmack stark hefig fruchtig, minimale Würze.

Bottle: Hazy amber color, off-white head. Aroma with caramel, wheat, sugar, dark fruits. Flavor is also sweet with sugar notes and dark fruits. Quite good but not too complex.

Hefiger Antrunk, zu Beginn hell. Dunkler im Mittelteil, bananig, minimal herb. Spritzig, for einen Weizenbock erfreulich süffig. Stimmig. 8/9/9/9/9/9

(draught) pours a murky amber-ruby colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of caramel, light strawberries, pale malts, light herbal hops and a hint of milk chocolate. flavour is chestnuts, strawberries and caramel, slightly savoury, with a hint of earth, vanilla and a minerally finish. heavy-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle looks not so good, doesnt really fit to a weizenbock. Beer in the glass brownish, short living head. Starts strong, fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Hints of caramel and dried fruits. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Good!

A little more amber than a typical Weissbier, nice coloring though the head is a little weak and body thinner than I would have hoped for. Regardless the taste more than makes up for it. Very nice Weizenbock.

I like this German Weizen Bock very much. The 7% Alcohol graduation is not too much noticeable, in my opinion, and it makes it easy to drink enough. The banana feeling is very pleasant to smell and taste.

Bottled 500ml. -at Brauereigasthof Bürgerbräu, Bad Reichenhall, Bavaria, Germany.
Hazy orange/pale amber head, medium sized off-white head, wheaty and banana nose with hint of alcohol. Yeasty, very fruity (orange, lemon, pineapple) and not so alcoholic with slight acidic spicy finish. Easy-drinkable beer but too fruity for my taste.

Very heavily carbonated to yellow-amber head; slightly hazy pale amber beer. Good banana, cloves and wheat nose, but in a rarely attained equilibrium, ending with pineapple ester. Sweet-ish taste, with a bit of wood. Again pineapple and plywood. But for some dryness, not really bitterish. Wry, dry MF, fizzy. Disappointing taste - just this dryness and little else - seen the very inviting nose.
