Poured golden in colour with a whitish head. Malts, some earth-like notes and toffee in aroma. Flavour of hay, malts and some sweetness.

Idiosynkrasie (3796) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - AUG 23, 2014
500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, rather pale golden colour with small, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish grainy, minimally strawy aroma, a touch of pale malt spiciness. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, minimally grainy, minimally strawy, slightly dry hoppy finish. Light bodied, minimally watery; catchwords: rice, sack, China.

Quack-Duck (7911) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 1, 2014
bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden colour, mid-sized white head. Medium-bodied, malty with marzipane and nuts, some shy hoppy touch. The lack of hops is compensated by the rather nice malt profile.

mile (2980) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 27, 2014
Bottle. Golden, small and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel and bread, faint hoppynes. Body is light to medium, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and faint alcohol. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, light caramel and metal, faint hoppyness and light alcohol. Märzen with sharp metal way too much alcohol in the finish – that’s it.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, grasig, leicht süß. Geschmack kräftig malzig, süß, grasig.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong-malty, fine spicy, some woody hints. Finish a bit milder, still malty-spicy. Okay.

Maria (10136) - Thisted, DENMARK - NOV 26, 2012
It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, fruit candy (in an OK way), bread and malt. The medium sweet flavor has notes of malt, bread, fruit, and the finish is slightly dry.

Test vom 2.5.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,9,9,8,9 - 8,85

Bottle (courtesy of Jonas !) Golden, quickly vanishing, slightly lacing white head; sweetish-grainy and slightly hoppy nose with a cardboardy touch; medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; fruity and papery traces in the light bitter-sweet finish. Disappointing...........
