Bottle. Grassy nose. Pale golden, big bubbles, white low lace. Situated on the bitter, dry and grassy side - feels north german, quite wellbalanced actually. Medium to light sparkly body. Grass retronasal and lingering. Quite plesant.

It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of vegetables - only initially, straw, grain and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of fruit/flower (almost a bit perfumed), straw and malt, and the finish is slightly dry and bitter.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, dry background. More and more grasy-moldy with light sourish notes. Okay.

Bottle (333 ml, Dank an Jonas!): Pale golden to golden with a greenish sheen, mid-sized lacy white head; bisquity-grainy nose over a flöwery-hoppy background; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite light bodied; becomes a bit drier towards the bisquity-hoppy finish. More a Märzen than a Pils......
