Zinister (892), Houston, Texas, USA Jun 22, 2008 Thanks to jjpm74 for this one. Pours a nice copper color with small tan head. Aroma is caramel, malts, tea and white peaches. Some hops spice in there as well. Flavor is roasty nuts, caramel and some hops as well. Pretty decent amber overall. Thanks John. heemer77 (3752), Savannah, Missouri, USA Apr 19, 2008 Medium copper body with a lightly yellow khaki head. The aroma is rich with some walnuts and iced tea. There is also a little bit of orange citrus. The taste has some woody notes, like paper. There is also some light cheap tobacco and a little bit of orange juice concentrate. A decent amber, but it needs a little more malt to balance the oranges. YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA Apr 7, 2008 Clear straw colored body with a thick, frothy head. Aroma was caramel, toasted nuts, citrus. Flavor was nutty caramel. Lawnmower beer. beezz86 (30), Jasper, Indiana, USA Apr 4, 2008 Shaker from a bottle. Poured a nice dark red-orange color with a very slight haziness and an off white head. I thought it had a bit of a hoppy aroma. The beer has a light body with a thin-to-creamy texture and fizzy carbonation. Overall I was very impressed with this beer. It reminded me of a red ale with hops. I really like the flavor of this beer and would definately recommend it to friends. A great beer to really slow down and enjoy. mgoy (282), Oak Brook, Illinois, USA Mar 29, 2008 Upland Amber Ale is a light murky brown ale with a light cappuchino head. The aroma is very malty and the taste is sweet with a large amount of malt as well. This is a very nice ale.
