Jun 11, 2008 Pours a cloudy yellow body with a medium sized white head. Taste is typical spice from a saison, and very enticing. aromas of cinnamon, lemon and bubble gum. various other hints of cloves, and grass as well.

Oct 30, 2007 Ah yes this one they make with honey. On tap at the Great Lakes Brew Fest. Pours a hazy yellow. Aroma is salty and wheaty like triscuits. Citrus yeast flavors with a funky bad finish.

Sep 30, 2007 Cloudy orange color, big frothy white head. Light coriander, orange, yeast and earthy aroma. Flavor is a bit more spicy and starts out sweet then becomes more dry. Medium body and carbonation. Probably one of the more traditional American made Saisons that I have had, they avoided the overwhelming coriander flavor that most domestics of this style seem to have in common.
