COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp golden ale is built on the foundation of delicate light malts. This allows us to showcase some of the most interesting and effervescent American hops in a way we have never before done. We saved over 75% of the hops used in this recipe to add after the batch was boiled, allowing the distinct fragrance of grapefruit, apricot and pine to be preserved as much as possible in the finished beer. With a crisp, but subtle bitterness, a refreshingly light malt character, and a 4.5 ABV, this is the perfect warm weather beverage for those who think flavor is just as important as refreshment.

pours hazy straw yellow with a thick frothy white head. Aroma is definite citrus, specifically lemon. Taste is clean and citrusy at first, then the hop bitterness kicks in and lingers pleasantly. Not overpoweringly bitter. Just enough. They were going for a session IPA, and I think they hit the mark. Good beer!

Strong smell of hops, grass and dandelions. Taste has a hint of lemon, and finish is strong with sustained bitterness. The finish lasts too long for that level of bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Received as extra in trade. Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Has a pleasant floral, citrus hop aroma. Flavor is a bit astringent, bitter. Nothing special.

16 oz. can pours a hazy golden color with moderate white head which leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is full of apricot, grapefruit, and lemon, with a bit of bready malts. Taste is bitter. Body is light to medium with a crisp mouthfeel and slight carbonation. Very easily drinkable and refreshing.

Poured from 16oz. can. Pours with a nice head with a bit of haze. Aromas of dried apricot, grapefruit and a bit of biscuit. Almost a thyme aroma as well. On the palate there is a slight bitterness and a nice spruce note to go with refreshing carbonation. Slightly bitter at the end as well. I will definitely enjoy lots of this in the upcoming months. Cheers!

Pours a clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is mostly grapefruit with honey sweetness. Taste is a crisp, bitter citrus hop and clean finish. Very enjoyable session IPA.

A weird beer. Pours a hazy lemon color with brown sediment and fluffy white head. Full marks for appearance as the effervescence of this beer kept the sediment swirling the whole time I was drinking this. Interesting vanilla aromas and flavors with a mild hop bite. Not my favorite session.

Bottle - Pours hazy golden with a foamy white head. Nose is lemongrass, dusty yeast, crackery malt, a touch of pear, and a little garlic. Light, crackery malt in the taste, with a touch of spicy hops and lemongrass. Thin, with biting carbonation.

Hazy gold. Nice citrus with light golden/caramel malt. Flavor is bitter citrus with zest and nice malt backing. One of the better in the style that I’ve had.
