Surprisingly awesome sour here. A great combination of fruit flavors and funky tartness blends nicely with a great oaky character. I dont really get bourbon but the oak is definitely there.

Sampled at an ESBLS tasting. It poured a reddish color with an off-white head. The aroma was of bourbon, vinegar, oak, dark fruit and funk. The taste was a really tasty blend of sour, light sweet, bourbon and some fruit esthers. Very, very good.
