Bottle shared by Dogbrick. Clear gold pour with a thin white head. Citrusy and grassy hop nose with a bit of malt. Bitter earthy hop flavor with some malt. Flavor wasnít quite as complex and interesting as the nose, but an okay beer.

UPDATED: OCT 15, 2010 Sample at the Beer íN Rock Band tasting on 08/27/2010: This beer is a clear light orange color with a thin off-white head that evaporates to nothing quickly. Spotty lacing. Mild hops aroma with some citrus notes. Light to medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, earthy malt and grain. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hops aftertaste. Just average overall.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tasted on draft at Sugar Maple. Pours clear orange with an average white head that leaves decent lace. Nose is fresh orange with some hops and a solid caramel malt backbone. The flavor starts off with fresh orange and moves to bitter hops with a malty and bitter finish. Body is light with heavy carbonation and a decent bitter finish.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap at brewery and also in bottle: Golden hue with frothy head and very nice lacework. The aroma has notes of lemons, mangoes, juniper, wet grains, catty hops and mineral water. The taste displays soft mild and bready grain, some light herbal and fruity hops, and ended in a bit of a chalky and yeasty finish. The mouth feel is lively and refreshing dispite the finish. An okay APA but would have liked to seen a bit more heft of flavors.

Bottled at World of Beer. Poured clear, honeyed golden with a creamy cap of white head.. looked good. The aroma picked up resiny fruit and citrus hoppage over sweeter caramel and a touch of honey.. very well balanced and juicy, especially for the style! The flavor found mostly caramel along with some bready malts at the core.. moderate bitterness around and through the finish (fruit, floral, and a little citrus).. very fresh. Medium-bodied at most on the palate with solid balance.. a little too much residual sugar on the finish, but otherwise an excellent beer.

First aroma is bready maltingquickly followed by bright ,pugent pine hopping ,this brew is about 3 months old and still has great aroma strength, taste doesnt display the hop dominace lighter body even mix of slightly sweet malting and the pine tar hops, bittering at finish very evident. Light enough to be thirst quenching, just not a memorable flavor
