2010 Vintage. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a finger of gaseous foam. On the nose it is inviting with bright kiwi, lemon, sweet tarts and basement musk. The palate starts out nice with some round juicy kiwi fruit, wet oak funk... but mid palate through the finish it just burns the throat with acetic vinegar. So much burn I could only finish a couple ounces.

Hazy orange of color with no head. An aroma of yoghurt, sour, dry, fruity, kiwi and melon. A flavor of yoghurt, sour, fruity, melon and kiwi.

Pours a lightly hazy, light orange color. Huge sourness in the aroma, thatís about it, some fruity esters but dominated by sour and tart character. Tons of sourness in the flavor as well, one of the most sour beers Iíve had in a long time, gets ya in the cheek bones. Tartness and barnyard character accompanies the sour nicely and tart all the way through the finish. Very tasty!

Bottle thanks to SavannahCat. Nose is hurting-my-face-sour. Taste hurts my jaw and gills. Hurt stays all in the jaw at first but slowly moves to the chest. I thought love hurt. But this is painful. Once sourness is acclimated I get more sourness. Some fruitiness. This hurts. So sour.

Bottle share thanks to DrewFace! Pours a light orange with no head. Aroma is super tart. Very sour aroma, kiwi might be there, but my nose tingles just from the smell. Taste is jaw clinching sour. I think my eyeballs might have twitched with this one. This is one if the sourest beers Iíve had. Not for the faint of heart.

750 ml bottle shared. Pours a somewhat hazy yellow with a fizzy white head of foam. The aroma has funky fruity notes of kiwi, which I thought were pretty awesome. The taste was like sour, juicy kiwi. A little dry in the finish. Medium to high carbonation. Really nice stuff.

750 ml bottle from Timfoolery, extremely tart, with plenty of Kiwi aroma and flavor. Good palate and sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from trade with JEG. Aroma is straight on sour/tart kiwi, lime, and vinegar. Flavor is pucker-sour, holy shit...lots more lime and vinegar. Good carbonation here. I'm not getting the heartburn like I do from everything Cascade. Maybe I'll wait an hour or so. Really enjoyable beer.

Acquired in a trade. This is a beer my GF has been wanting to try for a very long time so she was excited to see this brought out for her birthday. We split the bottle two ways.

A - Golden orange appearance. It has that fizzy, champagne like carbonation in the pour and mouthfeel that is nowhere close to a Lambic but is like every other Upland Iíve poured.

S - Nose is full of peaches, lemon juice and acidity. This is going to be very sour.

T - Very acidic, holy vinegar and I instantly get a bomb of heartburn in my chest. Lemon and lime juice, citrus undertones and a touch of vanilla. Easily the 2nd most sour beer Iíve ever tasted.

M - Difficult to truly asses as I canít take large gulps but itís not all that complex. I donít get any truly big explosion of CO2 on the swish and it leaves behind puckering sour for minutes after each sip.

O - This has neither Kiwi or Lambic properties. The mouthfeel, nose, taste are completely off. I hate to say it but after getting 3 Upland beers, Iím fine with never getting another. The raspberry, kiwi and persimmon have been let downs. I have a Blackberry on the way but expect it to be similar. This is a bottle that should be split 5 ways and not between two people. itís a shame that this is labeled ílambicí. This is the 2nd case of us not finishing an upland beer. Waste of $25.
