COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our American pale ale is a crisp, hoppy beer filled with fruity overtones and dash of sweet malt flavor. American hops lend this beer a citrus-like taste that is very refreshing.

liked this better than dragon fly ipa. used to be served at legends as "legends pale ale" . not sure if upland knows about that or not

Bottle. Poured a clear, golden color with a frothy tan head with nice lacing. Floral hops dominate the aroma with a hint of citrus. The beer has a light body, thin texture, average carbonation, and a nice bitter finish. The flavor reflects the aroma with a medium bitterness and floral and citrus accents. Overall, I really like this pale ale. Once again, Upland has delivered a quality beer that I would definately drink again.

Thanks bro. Pours a golden color with lots of particulate. Aroma is lemon pepper and some sweet malt. Taste is the same. Some crazed malts going on here.

Pours a golden color with a lot of particulate floating about. Aroma is of lemon and pepper and some funky malt backbone. Taste is much the same. Nothing really works with this one. I’m glad I don’t have to drink more of it.

Pours light hazy amber with a huge off white head that leaves all kinds of lacing. Aroma is yeasty and slightly hoppy. Taste is yeasty and slightly bitter in the finish.

Hazy dark golden liquid with a taller fairly lasting ivory colored head. Scents of pale malt, touch of spice and I detect a hint of sourness and earthiness. LIght sweet start with a quick about face with some citric bitterness. Only a hint of the sourness I detected in the nose. Quite dry with a grapefruit and orange rind characteristic. The deeper I get into this one the more citric it get. If you like bitter citric brews this one is for you.

Clear light amber with a fleeting head. Faint piney hop, malty sweet aroma. Medium body. Nice toasted caramel malty sweetness with some herbs and spices in the finish. Seems more English pale than American.

On draught at the brewpub in Bloomington, Indiana. Pours a clear golden amber brew with a thick off-white head that slowly dissipates and has since nice lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, some citrus and pine hops, a hint of summer floral, and some tangerine zest. Taste is medium bodied, nice carbonation balance, with flavors of caramel malt, citrus and pine hops and a touch of citrus zest. Finish has a mild bitterness that slowly disappears.
