2010 vintage. pour was a slightly burnt orange, a bit hazy. quick inch of head. light peach and light oak, slight tartness. very well integrated peach and oak. blended so perfectly. light lemon and sour peach. not overly sour at all, perfect all the way through. mild to moderate carbonation with a slightly dry finish. this was brilliant, i loved every sip.

Pour, both from top and from bottom of bottle - sampled with two other upland lambics - compared to the others, this turned out to be the most balanced - moderate acidity - moderate funkiness - peach is earthy, whole fruit goodness - simultaneously sweet and funky/earthy - whole fruit, pits and all - finish is light acid - dull yeastiness is a pitfall, but otherwise actually pretty good.

adnielsen (6177) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUN 16, 2012
Bottle @ Matt’s house. Somewhat hazy, golden yellow appearance with a white head. Richly tangy lemon citrusy, stone fruity, apricot/ rich peachy, a bit woody aroma. Pretty rich peachy, chalky, fairly mineralic, quite sour flavor. Tastes like My Little Ponies. The scented one to be exact. Overly sour like most of theirs.

Bottle. Typical sour. Taste follows suit. Don't get much peach at all. A little disappointing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared by a friend at the 3rd Annual Sour Town tasting on 5/26/12. Hazy orange pour with no head. Malty and sour nose with stone fruit notes. Malty flavor with lots of citrus and vinegar sourness before a peach finish.

JoeinEscazú (1324) - San Jose, COSTA RICA - MAY 10, 2012
Tart, dry and sparkling drink with a relatively subtle poached pear flavor and aroma. There is lemony cobweb funk here too, like just a touch of Anderlecht poking through to say hello. They are doing something right, no question.

Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head. Tart, fruity peach juice aroma. Crisp malt taste with a nice light tartness, lots of peaches and clean finish. Good stuff.

Bottle shared by mattyb83 bottled 10/12/10 gusher pours cloudy golden orange with a white head. Aroma is sour funk, leather, vanilla, and peaches. Taste is sour and tart, peaches, oak, and cardboard. Nice, enjoyed the other Upland Lambics more.

Bottle opened with a pop. No geyser, but beer continued to flow out of the top of the bottle, after it was open, for over 1 minute until we poured it into glasses. Lightly hazy, peach skin in color with a medium sized, foamy head. Not as big of a head as I had expected. Some floaties appear as well. Fairly acidic aroma with some light peach candy. Taste is light peach, grains, pretty acidic. Thin and watery. Not a whole lot of body to this. Disappointing compared to the other Upland lambics.

Floral peach aroma with vanilla and oak notes. Pours a slightly hazy gold with no head. Peach upfront with a nice tartness a very crisp bite near the end with a little acetic note but it’s not very strong The beer finishes with sour peaches.
