750 ml shared with Bill. poured a cloudy apricot color, smell of sour peach and brett. this beer is soooo good.. easy to drink, smooth with a strong taste of fresh peaches. this batch is from 2010 and it tasted as if the peached were picked this morning. very tar, sour, sour peach, brett, overall another great experience from upland. Their sours have never dissapointed.!

Tap...the aroma of fresh sweet juicy peaches is a great counter to the sour funk of the beer. That balance between the sweet fruit and acidic funk makes this very interesting brew to savor and contemplate. Outstanding.

February 26, 2016. Bottled 2-3-15, shared by Milsem, thanks!
Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is green apple; peach, apricot, yoghurt, kiwi, some lemon notes Taste is very sour, fruity with a dry sour finish, fruity kiwi, peach, lemon, very dry. Light to medium bodied, dry and sour, average carbonation
Once it breath it’s quite good, a bit sour though...

Bottle courtesy of Milsem. Pours hazy yellow with a small frothy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny funky with crackers, lemon juice, plums, canned peaches, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is heavy sour and fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, heavy tart, mouth-puckering and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, lemon juice, peaches, apricots, sour apples, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Very heavy on the peaches and apricots which is nice but this is just too damn sour.

750ml bottle at home. This one didn’t entirely do it for me -- it came across as too puckeringly sour, pushing almost into acetic territory. The peach flavor was good, though, and tasted fresh and natural. I just wish it was powerful enough to mellow out the harshness of the sour.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle, 2/3/2015 batch A15 poured into a snifter. Aroma is nice peach, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is really nice tart peach. Back to back with farm to face, prefer this. This is fantastic.

750 bottle, wonderful peach and funky barnyard aroma. Taste tart but not too sour, perfectly balanced with the wordy and tart pucker and p achy nose. Absolutely fantastic.

*Old rating. Bottled 10/12/10. Many thanks to ThirstyBird for sharing! The beer starts sourish and fruity. Nice peach there, hints of sourness. Fresh but not too deep or sourish. Great fresh and sourish aftertaste, but far away from its Belgium originals.

From notes. Enjoyed at the hotel for a tasting after Great Taste on August 08. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a straw yellow with a nice fizzy white head that falls down to a thin collar leaving no lace. The aroma is very acidic and peachy. There is a strong funk that comes with it, and the peach kind of just works its way in. The flavor is incredibly sour. It’s really good. Sharp and tart with a nice peach and lemon undertone. The mouth feel is thin and crisp with a really fizzy carbonation that I wish were toned down just a little. The aftertaste is lingeringly sour with a strong peach note. This was a damn good sour.

750ml bottle. A bit less acidic than the typical upland, very funky peach notes, pretty nice.
