UPDATED: JUL 7, 2014 From cpetrone-thanks, Chris! 12-11-13 bottling date. Hey-That’s the night my wife went in to labor with our 2nd! Cloudy straw orange with peach floaters...seriously. Great nose of horse blanket, stone fruit, lemon. Quite tart, but some juicy sweet peach lurking...peach becomes very pronounced as it warms, but ultimately a bit too tart. Wondering if I will finish splitting this two ways. Four would have been better. Great peach expression but a bit out of balance.

Sampled at a STL tasting - Pours hazy orange with a small white head. The aroma has lots of peach that is lush and fleshy along with some sharp sourness. It has a medium / light body that is quite crisp and has lively carbonation. The taste starts off with heavy vinegar sourness, rich peaches and spice/pepper. The finish is crisp and lively. Really nice.

Bottle thanks to Phil. Pours a cloudu orange with small frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong peach, funk, oak. Thin mouthfeel with nice tart peach, light funk, and very nice sour finish. Easy to drink, very impressive.

750 ml bottle shared by ahalloin. Thanks Tony! Pours a hazy golden peach color with lasting wisp of white head and slight lacing. Aroma is bright fresh peaches, down to the complex nuttiness of peach pits. Flavor is a rushing surge of intense sour peach and the tartness of peach skins. It’s mind blowing, actually. I could use a bit more oak and vanilla notes in this, but this beer is a feat of brewing. Outstanding.

Pours hazy orange with a quickly dissipating white fizzy head. Very tart at first, but the fruit starts to shine through as you go. Nicely done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared thanks to charule. Pours a murky orange color with a white foamy head. Aroma is of slight peach but mostly acetic in the aroma. Taste was mouth puckering acetic acid and not much else. Lacks some complexity. A bit much.
