2010 vintage. pour was a slightly burnt orange, a bit hazy. quick inch of head. light peach and light oak, slight tartness. very well integrated peach and oak. blended so perfectly. light lemon and sour peach. not overly sour at all, perfect all the way through. mild to moderate carbonation with a slightly dry finish. this was brilliant, i loved every sip.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle, 2/3/2015 batch A15 poured into a snifter. Aroma is nice peach, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is really nice tart peach. Back to back with farm to face, prefer this. This is fantastic.

750 bottle, wonderful peach and funky barnyard aroma. Taste tart but not too sour, perfectly balanced with the wordy and tart pucker and p achy nose. Absolutely fantastic.

*Old rating. Bottled 10/12/10. Many thanks to ThirstyBird for sharing! The beer starts sourish and fruity. Nice peach there, hints of sourness. Fresh but not too deep or sourish. Great fresh and sourish aftertaste, but far away from its Belgium originals.

From notes. Enjoyed at the hotel for a tasting after Great Taste on August 08. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a straw yellow with a nice fizzy white head that falls down to a thin collar leaving no lace. The aroma is very acidic and peachy. There is a strong funk that comes with it, and the peach kind of just works its way in. The flavor is incredibly sour. It’s really good. Sharp and tart with a nice peach and lemon undertone. The mouth feel is thin and crisp with a really fizzy carbonation that I wish were toned down just a little. The aftertaste is lingeringly sour with a strong peach note. This was a damn good sour.

Aroma is sour, peach, not much else. Appearance is straw, white head. Taste is very very sour, like a warhead, some peach. Mouthfeel is harsh, carbonation is crazy. Overall, not a fan of this style.

Bottle at all killer no filler. Pours a lemon yellow colour with no head. Aroma is citric lemon, slight peaches and some hay. Taste is initially moderate sourness, a hint of citric sour, some hint of peach and apricot. Medium bodied with a light mouthfe

#77 for July 4th, pouted a muddled peach orange color with a roams of sour peach, oak and grain. Flavors are oeach, sour oeach schnapps and some wet wood. Spur enjoyable and nice in the heat.

Hazy yellow. Peach and tomato, green grape aroma, a bit of funk. I can see the smell being polarizing but I like it. Very sharp mouthfeel, strong flavors of fresh peaches. Awesome.
