Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a rim of white head. The aroma has notes of lemon, brettanomyces, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with a strong note of bitter lemon combined with lighter notes of brettanomyces and wheat, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Nate2Gs Birthday Bash at Kernel. Clear pale gold beer, short lived bubbly white head. Light dry palate - crisp. Minerally. Nice mildy tart fruits. Touch of gluey esters. Pineapple, orange and lemon and indeed some persimmon! Trace of coconut. Couple of people said there was a pina colada vibe going on here and I can see why! Nice drinkable lambic.
