Thin white head, spotty lace. Aroma of lemon with a creamy funk. Slightly tart flavor, citric, a touch of nutmeg, a sweet-cream flavor floating above the malts. Finish is zesty, carbonic. Thin to medium bodied, nicely astringent but a bit thin to my palate. tykechandler (33), Kentucky, USA

Mild wheaty aroma, a touch of lemon. This is really a great example of a Belgian Wit. Relatively light bodied, with some pleasant citrus bitterness. Spiced, but not really overbearing, melds perfectly with the vanilla wheat tones. An easy refreshing session beer with lots of mildly bitter hop and spice character. Well done. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 24, 2009 With the last pour this becomes a cloudy straw colored liquid. Moderate, and stable white head. Big citric aromas. Close to being like a floor cleaner, but the light spice of coriander and a hint of blueberry have some redeeming qualities. Sweet and spicy flavors. Orange glaze or perhaps a sweet sour sauce seem to come to mind. Finish is light with just a bit of spice that carry well into the finish. Not my favorite wit, but a fairly decent example. sneagrams3 (1782), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Finger width of white head. Aromas of cereal grains and a nice zip of citrus. Subtle estery undertones. Medium bodied and very bright. I get an apples and cinnamon note mixed in with the citrus flavors. This is rather nice and smooth with just enough zest and effervescence to linger on the finish. This is very easy on the palate and quite quaffable. daknole (3166), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 30, 2009 VERY pale yellow pour. Coriander and lemon jump out of the glass immediately followed by a small wheat profile. Flavor is lemony and tart. A tad watery, but the flavor is interesting enough to keep me sipping. danielcurtis81 (931), San Diego, California, USA

Draft at Shallos in Indy. Appearance is a pale yellow with a thin white head. Nose is supper light with a touch of dish soap. Wheat flavors that I expect from this style really do not come through on this brew. Not a big fan of this guy.
