Draft at taproom. Extreme pale yellow murky appearance, almost like grapefruit juice, with a dissipating white head. Citrus rind aroma. Medium to light bodied with a slight prickly spritziness on the tongue. Flavor of wheat malt, yeast, and orange peel with an acidic finish.

12oz bottle. Pours a very clear very light yellow with a big thin sudsy white head... oops theres the yeast... okay now its cloudy. Strong lemon aroma, wheat, hospital smell, soap, cashews, light potpourri. Flavor is lemon, cashew, wheat, some bittering hops, spicy warm finish, orange peel and coriander. Long coriander aftertaste. A nice wit but too much lemon. Medium/light chalky body with softer small soda carbonation. An okay wit.

Dad hooked me up with this one. Yellow pour, minimal haze. Lemon, wheat grass, orange peel. A little something else I can’t put my finger on. Flavor is clean and light Nice citrus and spice notes. Nice complexity, good refreshing flavor. Nice carbonation with lightish moutfeel. Pretty good.

TAP: very light hazy yellow pour, similar appearance as Hoegaarden. Wheat, orange, lemon, and spices are present, just complex enough to be interesting.

Bottle. Poured a somewhat hazy, yellow color with a small white head and no lacing. Has a great aroma of orange and spices. The beer has a light body, thin texture, average carbonation, and a delicious, sweet, orange/citrus flavor. I have always loved this beer. I remember it being cloudier though, but it still tasted great. This is my go to beer when I am struggling to find something to try. I always know that this will do the job, with or without an orange slice.

Pours a hazy pale yellow color with thin white head. Aroma is very perfumey with aroma of coriander, orange peel, honey and hand lotion. Taste is coriander, orange peel, honey and slight spice. Finishes creamingly smooth. Not bad but has a cosmetic lotion taste.
