Light on the tongue and easy going, our Wheat Ale is made with 50% wheat malt and spiced with coriander and orange peel.

Decent pour with expected aromas. LOTS of banana on this one, really fruity and -- while flavorful -- was a bit too much on the banana side for me. That said, there is enough of a wheat finish to give you a break and allow you to try again. Stood up against a different American witbeir, however, this one would seem over the top.

Picked up a 6 pack while on vacation in Indiana. Also had lunch at the brewery. Nice pale yellow, typical of a wheat. A little heavy on the banana and coriander, lingers strong as an after taste. A little too strong for a wheat.

12oz bottle from Kenny Rd Market. Clear yellow pour. Aroma of spice, cinnamon?, wheat, lemon. Tastes are sweet bread, coriander, wheat, citrus peel. Nah.

It really had a great yeasty, rising bread aroma. Light yellow color and good lacing. Inviting milky hue, however light in taste. Would be really great on a hot summer day as a refresher, but lacks body. Nice sublime citrus hint with a wheaty finish.

Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow color with a medium thin fizzy white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, coriander and wheat. The finish is fruity with a short spiced orange aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle to glass at Bub's Burger. Cloudy, pale yellow pour. A sweet (honey/pear?), grassy smell. Medium carbonation. A subtle sweetness, but balanced. Easy drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Upland Indy. Poured very hazy light yellow like pineapple juice. Aroma of light banana grains. Light carb med bod. Slight acidic tangy funk banana taste.

On tap in Indianapolis airport - came with an orange, which I threw away. Yellow color, white head - plenty of citrus and fruity smells. Taste is straw and refreshing, citrus on the tongue as well. Pretty good beer, easy to drink and great to nail back a few before a flight.

Cloudy pale yellow, thick white head. Very sweaty aroma, freshly permed hair, wet dog. Not very appealing really. Dry wheaty profile, simple and a little dull.
