Bottle. Clear light amber with average frothy white head that diminished slowly and produced fair lacing. Light hoppy wheat aroma. Light to medium body with a watery texture and fizzy carbonation. Light sweet spice flavor with a light short sweet finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
VERY pale yellow pour. Coriander and lemon jump out of the glass immediately followed by a small wheat profile. Flavor is lemony and tart. A tad watery, but the flavor is interesting enough to keep me sipping.

Fresh and it shows bottle from Riley’s in Madison. Pleasant spicey aroma. About three-eights of a retained head on cloudy golden.Lacey. initially a little sour-spicy and then bannana and malts kick in and the whole thing becomes quite tasty after a warm day. Drying finish, and as I find in almost all this brewery’s beers, too much carbonation.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
GABF 2012. Multiple tastes. Pours a clear golden appearance with a white head. A bit spicy, lemon/citrusy, mild peppery nose though it’s kind of boring. Pretty decent drinking flavor with light banana, lemon, a touch of yeast, and moderate carbonation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
I could smell the coriander as soon as I opened the bottle. Aroma is mostly coriander with a decent amount of orange citrus. Very unique flavor and balance of spice. I've never eaten potpourri, but I image it would taste somewhat like this. Flavors also include apple, nutmeg and cinnamon. I am quite intrigued and pleased with this brew.

Served on draft at the Indianapolis tasting room. Pours a murky straw yellow color with a medium sized white creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of bread, spices and tart wheat notes. The taste is huge spicy notes almost reminiscent of eggnog spice. Some bready notes as well. Medium bodied.
