3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap, poured into a plastic cup. The aroma is subdued, but mostly a banana aroma with some light citrus peel and maybe some spice. There are also some baked bread / pizza crust - like aromas. It pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow color with a soft, beaten-egg head that remains in moderate amounts as an island of puff floating in the middle of the glass. A modest amount of sudsy lace is left behind on the cup. The taste is a medium light sweetness with a very light bitterness. The medium light body has a soft, oily texture with lots of soft, creamy carbonation. The mouth is mostly stone fruit, citrus, some light beery, and biscuits. The finish is slightly cloying, and leaves an aftertaste reminiscent of lemon poppyseed muffins.

Bottle. The aroma is nice and crisp, clean. The taste is light and smooth. A light and crisp beer, great for the summer.

Pours clear golden with a thick eggshell head. Wheaty aroma has hints of yeast and pomme fruit. Flavor has firm notes of wheat and hay, with fruity and yeasty underpinnings - quite refreshing. Mouthfeel presents good fizz and OK body. Get your wheat on!

Otima cerveja de Trigo. Leve e extremamente saborosa. Aroma muito bom. Um pouco mais fraca do que as cervejas de trigo do Brasil.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought clove, coriander, some slight banana, hints of orange as well with big wheat character. Taste is sweet orange, lemon, slight floor cleaner note with a hint of booze, hints of grass, coriander comes in big, finishing sweet.

Drank this from a 12oz bottle. Wheat beer taste. Hate wheat beers. After my second one it wasn't too bad.

No way is this a witbier. Good coriander and orange peel flavor, but it’s watery. Meg.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle. Pours a clear, light yellow with a half ginger, white head that coats the glass. Aroma has some nice notes of wheat, citrus, and a slight candy sugar/bubble gum. Taste is balanced. Citrus, wheat, and almost a cinnamon spice. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty clean in the mouth with a soft carbonation. Overall a very drinkable wheat beer. Good citrus and spice flavours.

Picked up a 6 pack while on vacation in Indiana. Also had lunch at the brewery. Nice pale yellow, typical of a wheat. A little heavy on the banana and coriander, lingers strong as an after taste. A little too strong for a wheat.

It really had a great yeasty, rising bread aroma. Light yellow color and good lacing. Inviting milky hue, however light in taste. Would be really great on a hot summer day as a refresher, but lacks body. Nice sublime citrus hint with a wheaty finish.
