COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
14th is a blend of several different batches of Upright’s farmhouse style wheat beer, the Four. Here’s the scoop: 8% fresh Four 12% Four aged in Ransom Old Tom Gin barrels 22% Four aged in Ransom Old Tom Gin barrels with brettanomyces claussenii and lactobacillus 58% Four aged in Ransom Old Tom Gin barrels with brettanomyces claussenii and lactobacillus with apricot puree 50% of the brett/lacto aged beer is with Upright’s usual French saison yeast, the other half is primarily fermented with yeast propagated from a De Ranke bottle.  And it’s only 4.75% ABV so its a wonderfully complex dinner beer!

Bottle. [thanks after4ever]
Pours hazy yellow with little floaties. A small, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has citrus, tartness, coriander, wheat, light pepper. Medium to high carbonation, light and pleasant dry mouthfeel. Flavour has lemons, tartness, lots of coriander, light milky, bergamot, some wheat graininess. Sticks nicely to my teeth. Delicious.

Medium gold, hazy, off-white head. Aroma: dry, crackerlike malt, pilsner malt character, bright acidic funky note. Flavor: grainy, dry, biscuity malt, bright puckery acidity, lemons, apricots, spicy/earthy note, delicate floral character, dry finish. Light/medium body, medium carbonation. Very nice.

750mL thanks to writerljberg. Rating #5555 for me. Pours a sparkling clear golden with weaker white foam. The tasting group said it looked like Budweiser, which is strangely correct. Spotty lacing. Nose is out of control awesome- heavy white sage, freshly baked apple pie, an incredibly decadent, mouth watering apple pie. Taste is fresh apple cider, fresh and snappy yellow apple, fresh pineapple juice, refreshing yellow fruits and bright acid. Palate is long, salty, quite sour with intense lime juice and hints of acetic heat but kept well in check.

Bottle shared by GT2. Pours clear dark gold with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is sage, herbal and earthy hops with wheat and straw malt, and pear esters. Flavor is tart and acidic grapes with sage, wheat malt, light fruity esters with a dry finish. Medium to light body with medium carbonation.

Bottle obtained through GT2 the Beer Pimp. Bright pale yellow color with fluffy white head and lots of bubbles - looks like Budweiser. Aroma of peppery and dusty lemon peel and fresh hay. Taste is softly sour floral and herbal white wine. Very tasty.

It pours opaque coppery sort of gold with a thin near white head of foam. The aroma has a nice and malt sweetened vinegar note initially and quickly seems to be full up tartness for the remaining draw. The taste has loads of vinegar tartness mixed with crushed aspirin tart almost chalkiness and un ripe green apple tartness. Hmm. Tart?
