COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière de Garde is a French-style beer we’ve been producing on and off throughout the year. It’s done using a more modern method of fermentation with lager yeast at elevated temperatures. This yields a delicate beer showcasing the ingredients with a hint of floral notes in the nose. Exceptionally well balanced, the Biere de Garde is made for pub drinking. Look for it around town or as the house beer at the Goose Hollow Inn.
