750mL pours with an opaque copper body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma seems flower pedal like with a bit of sweetness and vinegar and passion fruit. The taste is similar as flowery notes quickly meet brown sugar dissolved in vinegar. In the background are murmurs of vague fruitiness.

Shared by Thorpe429. Thanks Mike. Hooray beer. The appearance is autumn leaves, light ruby hues. Fairly hazy with a small, tan head that fades rapidly. Looks acetic. The nose brings a healthy dose of raspberries, followed by wild yeast. Some lactic presence. The flavor is pretty tasty. Yeasty raspberries with an acetic and lactic character. A healthy sour and funk character, but nothing overwhelming. A solid beer. Would have it again. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 05-30-2012

Thanks to PaulUnwin for sharing this one. Cheers, Paul! Pours a hazy red with a white head. Nose is amazing tart berries, vinegar, some tartness, oak, and some vinous qualities. Flavor follows closely. All in all an awesome sour.

Bottle at home with my wife, poured into my HF tulip. Appearance is hazy magenta with a soft brown tint and small white head that quickly dissipated. Red wine vinegar, oak, sour raspberries, tannin, cherry pit, citric acid in the aroma. Taste is red grape skins, raspberries, light acid, wood, tannin, light funk, and biscuit with a moderately sour finish. Medium mouthfeel with medium-to-soft carbonation. Well-balanced sour, that doesnít overdo it on the acid/vinegar. Well-done.

Bottle. Canít remember who opened this one but I think it was Mike, thanks man!. Pours a really nice reddish hued color with a slight collared head. Very fruity aroma of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry with a background note of funk. Medium/light mouthfeel. Nice fruit forward flavors with a blended dark cherry and raspberry note, slight acidic. A little woody flavor. Overall, pretty nice.

Thanks Thomas for sharing this one!! Instant fav. Pours a deep red with a strong scent of berries. Didnít catch the cherry in either nose or taste but raspberry was prominent. Very nice tartness would love to try this one again

750ml bottle. Thanks again to Todd for all these sole comp bottles... Aroma of cidery cherry and berry forwardness. Some fruity seediness to boot... Cidery spiced vinegar flavor profile with prickly carbonation. Sour cherries and berries throughout with a lighter level of carbonation. Tart and sour upfront but quickly drying with effervescent carbonation. Short abruPt ending to the flavor but refreshing nonetheless.
